  • 1 wedge Gruyère
  • 1 wedge blue cheese
  • ¾ lb. dry salami
  • 1 cup rosemary almonds
  • ½ lb. thinly sliced prosciutto
  • 1-2 sliced pears
  • ¼ cup honey
  • ½ cup fig jam
  • crispy bread and crackers
  1. Start by adding 3 cheeses to board: Brie, Gruyère and blue cheese.
  2. Add the 3 savory extras: dry salami, rosemary almonds and prosciutto.
  3. Finish with 3 sweet complements: sliced pears, honey and fig jam.
